Been out of the loop for a while, my comp. went pop.

I`d like to say a big well done to Billie Abdulla from sheffield lau gar for becoming the new British female under 60kg champion. Billie is in the WAKO squad and on sunday the 16th of feb fought well and won her fight and said the best she fought

Just to let you that Chief Instructor Tommy DiLallo of V-Force will be coming over in the summer to run a basic level one instructor course.This is the first time V-Force will be seen or taught outside the U.S.
